5) Loss Sharing

GrowUp is a Shariah-compliant project, and according to the Murabaha Principle, investors bear no responsibility for any business losses after transferring the liability to the GrowUp authority for the cultivation and sale of guava to enlisted merchants. Any losses incurred after handing over the product to the agent/merchant are not shared with the investors. Therefore, there will be no loss sharing from the business after the handover of the guava to the merchant.

It will involve a "production-and-export" process, where investors initially invest in cultivating Guava trees through the GrowUp Authority and also ensure the production and export of those Guavas by the GrowUp marketing team. GrowUp will act as an agent for the investors, cultivating the Guavas, assuming necessary ownership and risk of asset possession on behalf of the investors, and subsequently exporting them.
